Strategic concepts for company growth

Vision

An ambitious future description of what the organization or individual wants to achieve, with a medium or long-term horizon, i.e. the distant future, so that the primary goal of writing it is to use it as a guide in choosing the organization’s directions in its activities, policies and events, in the present and the future.

 

Mission

It is a brief summary of the process of briefly explaining the purpose of the organization’s existence, or in other words, what is the purpose of its existence, as the message describes the organization’s overall goal, and it is a tool that directs employees, customers, and stakeholders, and draws their attention with enthusiasm and passion towards the organization’s goals.

 

Values

Values ​​are the fundamental principles and beliefs that guide an organization's behavior and form the basis of its organizational culture. Values ​​express the ethical rules and standards that an organization follows and guide its members in making decisions and acting. Values ​​play an important role in promoting balance, integrity, and ethical direction of an organization.

 

Goals

Objectives are specific, tangible results that an organization seeks to achieve within a specific time period. Objectives are specific, measurable tools used to achieve a vision and achieve desired results.

 

Strategy

It is the method through which the establishment can move from its current location to a future location that it aspires to, and therefore determining these locations, whether current or future, is one of the most important components of its success. The vision is the basis from which the strategy is launched.

 

Business Plan

It is a document that outlines the company’s goals and strategies to achieve them. It is valuable for both startups and established companies. For startups, business plans are used by established companies to stay on track and align with their growth goals.

 

Ambition

A strong and committed desire to achieve something in life. It is the inner feeling that drives a person to strive for success.
